SHIPPING: posh baby style ships its merchandise via UPS, USPS and FedEx. Most orders are shipped direct from the manufacturer or artist to your residence or business for on-time delivery. Please note that we are unable to make deliveries to P.O. boxes. If you require special shipping, please specify at the time of your order.
RUSH ORDERS: Please contact us at 1-800-476-6163 or email: info@poshbabystyle.com if this is a rush order. Extra charges may apply and we need to make sure the product you would like to purchase is available for shipping.
CUSTOM ORDERS: Some products are custom and personalized by amazing and creative artists. With that said it may take longer for a product to be shipped then an item that is in stock. We will send you a notification with a delivery date via email. (ALL CUSTOM OR PERSONALIZED ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE)
ORDER STATUS: Please call 1-800-476-6163 or email info@poshbabystylecom for a status of your order. All orders that are processed will be sent a detailed sales receipt to the customer via email.
RETURN POLICY: At posh baby style we take our products and customer satisfaction very seriously. It is important to us that you are happy with your order. In the event that something happens during shipping, we will accept any damaged or defective merchandise for return if we are notified within 3 days of delivery. Please phone 1-800-476-6163 or email info@poshbabystyle.com. We will be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.
If you are unhappy with your product, returns and exchanges are valid 30 days from the date originally purchased. A full refund will be issued excluding shipping fees and must be in brand new condition and in original packaging. Please include your name, address, phone number, credit card information and reason for return and whether you would like an exchange or credit.
